Jaclyn Rainey

Jaclyn is Acting Associate Principal with the Minnesota Orchestra. Before joining the orchestra in 2022, Jaclyn was the Principal of the Atlanta Symphony, Associate Principal with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Acting Principal with the Naples Philharmonic as well as Associate Principal with the Louisiana Philharmonic. She has also performed with the Boston Symphony, Buffalo Philharmonic, Chicago Symphony, Cincinnati Symphony, Dallas Symphony, Kansas City Symphony, Louisville Orchestra, Milwaukee Symphony, San Antonio Symphony, Sarasota Orchestra and the Vancouver Symphony. She has spent summers performing at the Tanglewood, Cabrillo, Chautauqua, and Lakes Area Music Festival. She holds degrees from the Eastman School of Music and New England Conservatory of Music.
