Meredith Brammeier

Meredith Brammeier is a professor of music at Cal Poly, where she teaches music theory, musicianship, and composition. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in music from Princeton University, a Master of Music degree in composition from the Eastman School of Music, and a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in composition from the University of Southern California. Her compositions include pieces for soloists and small ensembles as well as works for concert band, choir, and orchestra. She sings with Canzona Women’s Ensemble, San Luis Obispo Master Chorale, and the Cal Poly Bach Choir and has been featured as a soloist in all three ensembles.
