David Hennessee
Viola
David currently serves as principal violist for the San Luis Obispo Symphony, Opera San Luis Obispo, and Santa Maria Philharmonic. He studied viola at the University of Oklahoma where he won the Sutton Chamber Music Award, as well as Oklahoma’s Buttram String Competition. He has performed with the Oklahoma City Philharmonic, Philharmonia Northwest, and the Federal Way Symphony. Since 2002, David has taught British literature and composition at Cal Poly.
