Oboe Master Class with Xiaodi Liu

Festival Mozaic's visiting oboist Xiaodi Liu leads a free master class for young oboe students from San Luis Obispo. Master classes are great opportunities for young performers. Each student will play a selection for Ms. Liu, after which she will work with the students for 20-30 minutes offering constructive feedback: suggestions on musical ideas, practice techniques, and more. She will conclude the class with a brief workshop on oboe reeds. These classes are always very interesting and informative for musicians and non-musicians alike!
This event is free and open to the public, but advance reservations are required.
