Marti Lindholm, a native of San Luis Obispo, is most proud of the free concerts by Festival musicians throughout our county and the free master classes offered our community’s student musicians. As a music educator, she is grateful the Festival provides musical experiences to our schools and to San Luis Obispo County residents. Marti believes music is transcendent and her greatest joy is sharing music with others. She sings with SLO Master Chorale, has performed in the chorus of OperaSLO, and plays the organ for St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church. She graduated in Piano Performance from UCSB, received her Masters and Teaching Credential from UCB and her Doctorate in Education from University of the Pacific.
