Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico as the daughter of a career Air Force officer, Jo Anne lived in 6 states and England by the time she graduated high school, starting her life-long love of travel. With a BS in Math, MS in Computer Science and an MBA she has enjoyed a long career in hi-tech fields as an engineer, entrepreneur and investor. A life-long love of the performing arts started with childhood ballet lessons. In 2008 Jo Anne and her husband Rick moved into the home they had built in SLO and attended their first Festival Mozaic concerts, ultimately Jo Anne became a board member in 2015. Jo Anne is also a Founder’s Circle member of Cal Poly’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and co-founder of the first SLO-based angel investment group.
