Pete recently retired from a 35-year engineering career specializing in ultra-low emissions fuel system technology. His work spanned diverse applications—from weed wackers to diesel truck and marine engines—at both startups and automotive OEMs, where he served in roles from development engineer to director of fuel system technology. A gearhead through and through, Pete earned his Aeronautical Engineering degree from Cal Poly in 1986. Retirement brought him full circle back to San Luis Obispo, where Festival Mozaic introduced him to the beauty of classical music.
