Summer 2026 | San Luis Obispo Music Festival

The Summer 2026 San Luis Obispo Music Festival will take place July 21 through August 1 in venues throughout San Luis Obispo County. Experience all you have come to expect from Festival Mozaic: chamber music, special guest artists, Notable Encounters, free Community Midday Concerts, films, lectures and more, plus a grand Orchestra Finale on August 1!
Additionally, the second annual Festival Mozaic Young Artist Program will take place in the week prior to the main Summer Festival.
The full Summer Festival season lineup will be announced on February 23, 2026.
CLASSICAL CONCERTS
Enjoy chamber music concerts in venues such as the Harold J. Miossi CPAC at Cuesta College and Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa. Plus a grand Orchestra Finale at the Performing Arts Center SLO.
NOTABLE ENCOUNTERS
Journey behind the music with Scott Yoo's Notable Encounters. Scott and the musicians will discuss the history surrounding a particular piece of music, the composer's style, and will conclude by performing some selections of the music.
Outdoor SHOWS
Enjoy guest artist performances at iconic Festival Mozaic venues including See Canyon Fruit Ranch in Avila Beach and the annual Baroque in the Vines concert at Serra Chapel in Shandon.
Community & Family Events
Enjoy several free Community Midday Concerts featuring the Festival Artists in short informal recitals, pre-concert lectures by local musicologists, and a family concert featuring live music and dance.
